It is a short walk or drive to the back of the Rt. 18 Plaza.

This class is a blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises that will raise your heart-rate, increase your flexibility, tone your core muscles and improve your mind/body awareness.

Battle Ropes and Kettlebells

This small group training class will strengthen your core, burn fat and build muscle all at the same time! You will be slaying calories all day with the after burn that this class provides as you alternate rounds of Battle Ropes and body weight exercises in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. Classes will be led by mobility specialists Kim and Jason Turko who will keep your moving safely and effectively, working multiple muscle groups at the same time. This class is a great place to start for beginners who want to build a strong fitness foundation as well as seasoned fitness veterans who want to take their workouts to the next level.

This class incorporates our hydraulic strength circuit with instructor-led cardio moves on the jogging squares. You'll have a blast while you blast away body fat with 30-second intervals all in just 30 minutes. FREE to members.

Originating in Russia, a kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. This 30-minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

SilverSneakers classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. FREE to members.

30-minute LIVE spinning class (on a stationery bike) using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) methods. This class is beginner friendly and easy to follow. Yoga I
A multi-level strength based practice beginning with an easy warm up, sun salutations, and a series of poses including balances and inversions, designed to work the body to the core, helping to loosen the joints, and get the blood flowing. There will always be modifications, so you can work at the level best suited for you.
