All group fitness classes (except Blast, TRX and Cycle) are moved to our new studio. 

It is a short walk or drive to the back of the Rt. 18 Plaza.

MEMBERS: Upgrade your membership to include unlimited classes (see cost under Memberships)
NON-MEMBERS: You are welcome to purchase a studio key card: 3 classes/$24.

This class is a blend of cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises that will raise your heart-rate, increase your flexibility, tone your core muscles and improve your mind/body awareness.

This class incorporates our hydraulic strength circuit with instructor-led cardio moves on the jogging squares. You'll have a blast while you blast away body fat with 30-second intervals all in just 30 minutes. FREE to members.

Originating in Russia, a kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. This 30-minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

​PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

No ballet experience required here!  The barre concept is a unique and new training method - a ballet barre workout combining elements of ballet, Pilates and power yoga. This total body experience creates long, lean muscle mass. The class includes work to strengthen arms, legs, abs and glutes. Besides increasing your strength, the class helps build flexibility, balance, and core to support you in everything you do.

SilverSneakers classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. FREE to members.

30-minute LIVE spinning class (on a stationery bike) using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) methods. This class is beginner friendly and easy to follow. You choose the resistance that is perfect for you and you'll get the benefit of burning calories for hours afterwards. You won't believe how fast 30 minutes just flies by.

An ancient Chinese discipline involving a continuous series of controlled slow movements designed to improve physical and mental well being.

Yoga I
A multi-level strength based practice beginning with an easy warm up, sun salutations, and a series of poses including balances and inversions, designed to work the body to the core, helping to loosen the joints, and get the blood flowing. There will always be modifications, so you can work at the level best suited for you.
